How it works

You can request a copy of our Information Kit by completing this form. One of our personal Account Managers will make contact to discuss your eligibility and send you a copy of our Information Kit including a brochure containing Income Direct’s latest fixed and variable interest rates.

You can open an Income Direct Fixed Income Account by completing the Application Form contained in the Information Kit.

You will be asked to enter your amount, term, interest payment preference (monthly or compound) and select from our fixed or variable rates.

We will ask you to provide your bank account details so we know where to send your principal and interest payments.

You can transfer funds your nominated amount to our bank account either online via internet banking, by telephone banking, by cheque, or via BPay®. We will provide you with a settlement invoice containing our banking details.

Upon receipt of cleared funds we will issue you with a Payment Confirmation email and an electronic copy of the instrument that recognises Income Direct’s obligations to you.
